Engagement Card

Good morning,

I hope you’ve all had a good start to the week, we've had rain and the weather has been pretty naff despite summer being declared official over the weekend!

I'm sharing an Engagement card I recently made. I couldn't resist these rather cute little critters from one of the LOTV art pads. I bought these pads a while ago but only found them recently when I was looking for something else. I love finding hidden treasures when I least expect to, its like having new craft stash to play with all over again!

Pre-Coloured Image: Lily of the Valley Art Pad (Jack, Patch & Puss)
Digital Design Papers: Melstampz (Tiny White Stamped Hearts)
Card Stock: SU! (Real Red)
Embellishments: Ribbons and Doilies from my craft stash
Sentiment: Created on the computer using 'Tempus Sans ITC' font

Get Well Card

Good morning,

At long last, the weather has brightened up a bit...it was so cold at the start of the week I thought we might have to put the heating back on. Fingers crossed it stays nice for the weekend!

My sister-in-law recently had an operation on her foot and this is the get well card I made for her. I knew I wanted to keep the card quite clean and simple...at the time I wasn't in the mood for colouring in, so opted for a card without a digital/stamped image.  Instead, I used my favourite little flower punch for some prettiness in the centre of the aperture.

Digital Design Papers: Melstampz (Love Graphics)
Embellishments: Pearls from my craft stash
Tools: Carl Craft Flower Punch and Oval and Scalloped Oval Nestabilities
Sentiment: Created on the computer using 'DK Crayon Crumble' font
