Sympathy Card

Good morning,

I made this card some time ago but haven't got round to blogging it until now as I've been unwell recently. The card was for a very dear friend of mine whose Mum recently passed away and I wanted to send a card that wasn't too flowery so that I could let her know I was thinking of her.

30th Birthday Card

I think I most probably get the 'worst blogger award so far for 2016 and I am so sorry I haven't been aorund much to visit your blogs.

I have no excuse, I just need to get better at managing my time. I have made a few cards recently but they have largely been with pre-coloured images for quickness. I'm also embarassed to say that I have also recently bought some shop cards for family & friends birthdays but they have been very kind and haven't beaten me up about it!

Anyhoo, I mjade this card a while ago for a lady who loves, frogs, green and yellow....bingo, a perfectly co-ordinated card to which I added ribbon, lace and pearls to girlify it.

Also, just to prove I haven't been completely idle..I have been crocheting throughout the dark winter evenings and below are some piccy's of recent makes I've finished...

Little Miss Muffet Stamps...Inspiration Post

Good afternoon, I'm trying to play catch up after an early start at work this morning. I should have scheduled this post last night but I was soooo tired I opted for an early night!

Another Thursday has rolled around again and this week at Little Miss Muffet we are sharing lots of inspiration using some of this month's new releases. I've opted to use this gorgeous little Fancy Sunbonnet image called Lucky...she's too cute!

Happy Driving

Morning you lovely lot and waahaaay for the weekend. We've no real plans for this weekend apart from a bit of de-cluttering in the play room...my lot seem to use it for a dumping ground and in secret I long for it to become a craft room! #dreamon

One of my work buddies passed her driving test recently so I made her this little card to help celebrate. It's a fairly quick and easy design but she absolutely loved it and was chuffed to bits when I gave it to her.

Cupcake 228...Yellow & Grey

Who said Monday could come around so quickly? I didn't get as much crafting done this weekend as I wanted to. I basically spent more time trawling through and looking at my digi images and papers than I actually spent crafting...not good! I have so many ideas but not enough time to put them into action and by the time I do get to play I've forgotten all of my ideas...I really think I need an A4 sized notebook to write everything down!

The only thing that cheers me up today is that it's a fab new challenge over at Cupcake! Our lovely cupcake Mummy Fluff has chosen this weeks challenge which is a colour theme...YELLOW & GREY. Now, these are not two colours I would normally use together but I thoroughly enjoyed this challenge and will definitely play with these colours again.
