A Pretty Spring Card!

Hey-de-ho, not often you see me pop in with a card mid-week...I've got this pretty spring card to show you today...thought we needed cheering up with all this cold, damp, dark weather we have at the moment!

I made this card for a friend of a friend...I've not really used blue and green together that much but I found these design papers when I was having a tidy up and felt completely inspired by the colours and will definitely use them together again.

CES Challenge 49...Mix and Match Papers

I regularly find myself sitting staring at an empty blog post wondering how I should start my post...talking about the weather always seems kind of lame and after a depressing week in the news I don't particularly want to start with anything topical either....so what do I talk about and does anyone actually read my ramblings lol! I guess I'll play safe and talk about crafting so what better than to show you my card for this weeks CES Challenges.

We have a brilliant theme this week which has been chosen by Julie and she wants us to MIX 'n' MATCH our DESIGN PAPERS...basically you have to use design papers from 2 different manufacturers...I loved this challenge and had a great time sitting down and rifling through my paper drawer....I thoroughly enjoyed making my card and for once I also enjoyed colouring my chosen image...I love the simplicity of this digi and can see it becoming one of my firm favs!
