Good morning to all my lovely buddies in blogland...hope you are all having a nice relaxing Sunday...I know I've been harping on about it all week but today is the day our majorette troupe are holding their own competition and the whole troupe is so excited as we have never done one before...please send us good vibes for today as this is also the first time our teenies will be competing and the youngest is only 4 and a half!
Today's card is for The Pink Elephant Challenge and this week they have a recipe...they want to see 1 ribbon, 2 squares & something that sparkles on your cards! My first square is the design paper behind the image and my second square is the image which is the beautiful Chloe from the Digi Stamp Boutique and she has been coloured with Promarkers...my something that sparkles is the glamour dust on the snowy bits of my image and also on the snowflakes. The design papers are a free digi download from Shabby Princess and they are from the collection called 'Holiday 2006'...the ribbon, card candy and gems are from my craft stash! Oh and I nearly forgot to tell you that the snowflake was created with a MS punch!
I was absolutely delighted to discover that my card for last weeks Pink Elephant challenge made their Top 5...woohoo!!! I totally wasn't expecting to be chosen so thank you to the girls over at Pink Elephant for choosing me and making my day!
