Morning all, well that's another weekend gone and its back to work today, I just hope this week goes as quick as my weekends do lol!We have another new challenge for you over at the Cupcake Craft Challenge blog...this week we want to see PEARLS & SWIRLS on your creations! I really struggled with the swirls part of this theme and I'm not at all happy with them on my card...they were cut on the Cricut but I didn't have a scooby where to put them...hence me not being happy...I just have to face facts that I don't do fancy swirls lol!
There are swirls on my design paper but unfortunately you can't really see them very well...the design papers are a digi download from Sweet Shoppe Designs and the collection is called Cheeky Girl! The image on my card is the gorgeous Sophie from the Digi Stamp Boutique and she has been part coloured with PM's and part paper pieced! The ribbons and pearls on my card were raided from my craft stash!

Well I like it! Expecially the little flowers picking up the paper pattern and the edges (not distressed but lightly coloured, with chalks maybe??)
