75th Birthday Card

Afternoon me lovelies...we had snow last night, but not enough to cause any disruption with driving or the schools closing...I think James & Sophie were a bit miffed this morning that they weren’t getting an additional days holiday tagged on to the start of half-term!

I was asked to make a 75th birthday card with a golfing theme...this request got me scratching my head a bit...I have cutesie golfing digi’s but didn’t think they would be appropriate for a 75 year old man...imagine my surprise though when I was having a clear out of my rubber stamps that haven’t been used for yonks and bingo I found this fab fella tucked away at the bottom of the drawer...it’s good to have a clear out every now and again...you never know what you have stashed away...it’s a bit like having new stash lol! Oh I also found a Martha Stewart Button punch that had never been used...it was still in its original packaging…shame on me!

I’m entering this card into the following challenge…
Wishcraft...Waste not Wednesday's (Week 6
)

Stamped Image: Golfer...Don't know brand name sorry!
Design Papers: K & Co (Hopscotch)
Colouring Medium: Promarkers & Smooth White Card
Card Stock: Brilliant Blue
Embellishments: Card Candy
Tools: Martha Stewart Button Punch, SU! Spiral Border Punch, Die-namics ‘By The Numbers’ Dies
Sentiment: Bo-Bunny Rub-On

I just knew you would make this look fab hun I never doubted at all when you told what you had to do....you always make fab male cards, well all cards for that matter.
Its fab finding things you forgot you had isnt it altho it does make me feel a teensy bit guilty as well lol.....yeah it doesnt last long tho lol. I have one of those button punchy things & still not used it, it does 3 different sizes & I cant remember how I got it tbh lol.
Love this image hun.

I love how you've used the punch to add interest. I have this pad too and need some more ideas on how to use it as I find lots of the patterns quite bold together. What a fab golfer - can see how he'd come in useful for so many projects. If you find out the brand, could you let me know? Just popping by from Lisa's blog to see what everyone's inking up or using up!
