40th Birthday Invites

Ooooh...halfway through the week already and only two more days at work before I have some time booked off...we seem to be hurtling towards the start of the new school year...I suppose I should get my bum in gear and start labelling up Sophie's new uniform...that's the bit I don't enjoy...YUK!

I thought I'd share some invites with you that my neighbour asked me to make. I have to say I'm loving the black and white design and as I had to make 90 of these the design has been kept pretty clean and simple! Once again my gorgeous daughter Sophie helped me with the die-cutting and sticking of tape etc...thank you Doodles...you are a star!

I'm entering these invites into the following challenges...

Wow, that's a lot of invites you had to make Donna! I love the clean and simple design and the black and white look really good together! I can't believe how many you and Sophie had to put together, but they look stunning! My little bro is going up to high school too - I've just finished labelling his uniform - perhaps I shouldn't have told my mum that I took textiles as a GCSE, hee hee!
:) Love, Georgia xx

A really classy invitation. Well done on getting 90 done.
I haven't even thought about labelling Daisy's uniform yet. I'd better do it soon.

Donna, you are indeed the crafty Queen of cards! I'm loving the black and white as it has that elegant feel to it - so simple and yet so unique. How sweet of Sophie to assist - a darling daughter of course she is! These are gorgeous as are the ones I've missed commenting on. Yeah, school is coming which means the weather will be letting up - I'm not loving the heat at all. LOL! Have a lovely weekend my friend.
