Crafty Calendar Challenge # 5...Love & Friendship

Ooh errr misses...we had a power cut last night and we were sat in the dark for 25 minutes...it was really weird sitting in silence without the usual whirring sounds of all the electricals...we didn't really know what to do with ourselves without our puters and TV...even worse I missed the end of Coronation Street!

Today's card is for this month's Crafty Calendar Challenge...the theme is geared around Valentine's Day this month so we want to see all your LOVE & FRIENDSHIP creations...there is an optional extra of including hearts but you don't have to use them if you don't want to. We are sponsored by A Passion for Crafts this month and you can win two stamps from their shop...piccy's are on the challenge blog and you have until Thursday the 4th March to submit your entry. The DT girls have made some amazing creations for this challenge so pop over and take a look if you can.

Yucks! The dark...for such a long time; isn't it eerie? Or do you wonder how dependent we are on our electrical gadgets. Even with the candlelight, you're like...um, what to do? LOL! Your card certainly wakes up the "love" - so gorgeous; love how you colored and made them look so real - it's just darling!

Gorgeous card Donna.

I know what you mean about power cuts, we had one not so long ago....boy did the time go slow. There's only so much time you can sit and watch the flickering of candles!!

Have a lovely weekend.

oh, I enjoy the lights out...for a short time! We light candles and play card games. but I completely understand the 'lost' feeling of not having puters & TV...a scary little thought!!!!

Adorable card Donna! Ahh, young love...you always have the cutest papers and images!

So, you can probably tell, I'm playing catch up today, so let me kick off my shoes and stay awhile and see all your lovely makes...
Blessings!
