Cupcake Craft Challenge # 62...Things that go bump in the night!

Good morning...we made it back from Clacton in one piece but boy was it cold overnight...there was no heating in the bedrooms at all and we were crowding around the gas fire in the mornings to warm our clothes before putting them on lol! The majorettes had a really successful competition...Sophie won 2nd place as Mascot for the Junior flag team...third place for Junior Pom Pom and the Junior flag team also won an award for team of the year! The lighting in the venue was appalling but we hope to get some pics taken at training tonight! Thanks to everyone for all the good luck wishes you left over the weekend...I think they definitely helped the troupe :)

We have a new challenge for you today over at Cupcake we are so close to Halloween we thought we'd have a spooky theme...THINGS THAT GO BUMP IN THE NIGHT! We are also sponsored by SU! demonstrator Jeannette this week and she is offering some fab SU! goodies for one lucky winner...pop over to the challenge blog to find out all the details!

Onto my card...I've used this gorgeous FREEBIE digi kit from The Creative's called Spook-tacular and it contains some fab elements...which include these delicious papers, 'spooky mummy' and the fab sentiment...the kit also includes a vampire, ghost and a witch! I have played with a couple of kits from the Creative Cottage and their papers always print brilliantly with such great detail! The haunted house and little bat were cut on my Cricut Expression and the card candy is from my craft box!

I hope you'll be able to come and play with us at Cupcake this don't just have to make a card you can create any spooky project you like!

Thanks for visiting me today :)

Hi Donna, Fab card! Great papers/colours.

So pleased to hear Sophie and the majorettes did well but sorry to hear you were a little chilly. I remember staying in a caravan a few years ago and it was really cold in the night.
