Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge # 38...Pretty Packaging

Its time for another Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge and this week my very talented DT buddy Mandy has chosen the theme and she wants us to use Pretty Packaging on our creations! This one flummoxed me at first and I didn't have a scooby about what I wanted to do. I then thought about packaging presents for the teachers at school for the end of this term and I remembered I had seen a tutorial on the Pink Petticoat blog for these little sour cream containers and I thought they would be perfect! I've used some pretty papers that were designed by Sally-Ann to make the containers....I filled them with penny sweets and once sealed I decorated them with some florist ribbon that has been curled and some little flowers that were created using an X-Cut flower punch.....and voila a little gift for teacher. I have made some more of these but only photographed one of them....duh!!
We look forward to seeing your lovely creations this week and I'm sure most of them will be much more inventive than mine lol!

Hi Donna,
So cool reminds me of them Calypso drinks that you put in the freezer and then suck em to death till all the colour comes out!! Obviously yours is better as its filled with sweets and much prettier!
