Morning folks, today's card is for Sketch and Stash and I have to say that this is one of the bestest sketches I have had the pleasure of using in recent weeks...I loved it...and my card came together quite quickly which is very unusual for me lol! I have used this adorable little church scene image which is one of the new digi stamp releases for May from the Digi Stamp Boutique and I've coloured it in with PM's. I've mounted the image onto a nestie and added some little gems to the scallops for a bit of bling. The design papers are from a Papermania Blueberry Hill paper stack (another birthday pressie) and I've also used my new border punch...I'm so lucky to have received such scrummy birthday pressies! The ribbon, lace, flowers and brads are from my craft stash...I coloured the edges of the yellow flowers with a pastel blue promarker just to soften the edges as they stood out like a sore thumb against the pastel colours of the DP lol! TFL :)

I have always enjoyed having a hobby and in recent years I have knitted, cross-stitched and done a bit of sewing but cardmaking took over when I went on a beginners course in 2005. I also enjoy crocheting...nothing too fancy, mainly granny squares and baby blankets. I have a real soft spot for digi images and paper downloads especially gingham, stripes and polka dots.
