I am loving the sketch over at Sketch Saturday this week, it wasn't too complicated and it also didn't take too long to put together. I have used backing papers from Summertime Designs and this cute little Nurse was a freebie from Cuddly Buddly the sentiment was created on the PC and the buttons are from my stash :) TFL
