I have thoroughly enjoyed my 2 weeks as Guest Designer over at Dotties World and what better way to finish off my time with a wonderful challenge by Nicola..........to use Acetate on your card and a hint of pink to coincide with October being Breast Cancer awareness month. This challenge really set me thinking as I have never used acetate on a card before and I wanted to keep things simple so opted for an aperture cut out with a nestie and the acetate placed behind it. I cut a scalloped nestie to make the frame just so that it looked a bit more interesting lol! Backing paper is by Little Dreamer Designs but I can't find a blog link to credit them and Ballerina Dottie is a digi download. Ribbon is from The Secret Crafter and I used a fiskars border punch for the fancy matting. Sentiment is a rub-on and the gems are from my stash. Thank you for visiting my blog today :)
