Over at CCT the theme this week is 'Lots of Sparkle.' You can add bling, glitter, baubles, stickles, in fact anything that makes your card sparkle! I have used one of my new Elzybells stamps that my lovely friend Sue bought for me, he's been coloured with wc pencils and glamour dust added to the snowy bits and the bobble on his hat. He has been mounted on plain orange card, then onto green glitter card and then white card cut on a square nestie. To add even more sparkle I went over some of the snowflakes on the embossed background with my quickie glue pen and then added some more glamour dust. This is truly a 'sparkly' card. Backing paper is from Pink Petticoat and has been recoloured in Publisher and the ribbon, flower, brad and buttons are from my stash! TFL :)
oh this is gorgeous, as soon as i saw it it made me smile ..it is so eyecatching and the layout perfect not too cluttered...love it:-) Great stamp too;-)
I have always enjoyed having a hobby and in recent years I have knitted, cross-stitched and done a bit of sewing but cardmaking took over when I went on a beginners course in 2005. I also enjoy crocheting...nothing too fancy, mainly granny squares and baby blankets. I have a real soft spot for digi images and paper downloads especially gingham, stripes and polka dots.
