CES Challenges # 46...Humorous


Woohoo...its the weekend...I'm really looking forward to it after such a hectic week with Sophie leaving primary school! We went to a very emotionally charged leavers assembly yesterday and there wasn't a dry eye in the house...the school made it very special for Year 6 and they have come away with some very special memories!

I love Saturday's for lots of reasons but especially because it means a new challenge at CES Challenges! My lovely DT buddy Sue has chosen this weeks challenge and she wants us to inject some HUMOUR into our creations! I absolutely love this challenge (thanks Sue) as it gave me the opportunity to use one of these gorgeously funny images from Bugaboo and these images always make me roar with laughter!

    Hi Donna, so pleased to hear Sophie had a great leaver's assembly! I sat and watched ours yesterday, nearly had to rush out and get tissues! Parents were trying very hard to hold back the tears.

    I love your card, great colour combination and as for the image...it's absolutely fab!

    Enjoy your weekend, think it's going to be wet where we're going for the next few days too.

    Hi Donna, aww! it's such a big thing for year 6's when they leave bless them. How lovely that the school made it so special. I just love this card, made me chuckle, what a great image & sentiment. Very pretty papers and scrummy ribbon.

    I feel emotionally drained after the last week. Chloe and her friend were sobbing their little hearts out :-( It was heartbreaking to see them so upset.
